At the end of 2014, HOCN distributed a Community Feedback Survey to over 3,000 residents in the 14201/14202 community. HOCN will begin outlining our 2016-2020 Strategic Plan this winter and used these answer to help our organization prepare for this thoughtful planning. These five minute surveys asked residents in our community their opinions about the development of HOCN’s services within the community, their satisfaction w ith services, and what particular services are needed.
We were so happy to collect surveys from tenants and homeowners in the neighborhood. We can’t thank those who participated enough. Your feedback is truly valuable to our organization as we plan for the future.
