2024 Impact Report: the Year in Review
What a Year!
This year has been filled with achievements that highlight our commitment to providing affordable housing while working closely with residents and local organizations to make an impact in the community.
With almost 2 million in state and local support, HOCN assisted 81 families across Buffalo with essential home repairs, improving living conditions of residents in need.
A total of $6,479 was invested in water filtration pitchers, benefitting families by reducing harmful contaminants like lead and microplastics, while 7 families received critical lead remediation services.
An investment of $323,642 was directed towards the East Side Commercial Districts Program, fostering revitalization in key neighborhoods.
Five first time homebuyers received Down Payment Closing Costs assistance grants, helping them to turn their dreams of homeownership into reality.
