Bidding Opportunities for Small Local Contractors
New York State’s Empire State Development is seeking contractors who would like to be included in the bidding process on future commercial and mixed-use building renovation projects throughout the East Side of Buffalo including façade and commercial space improvements, roofing, masonry, structural repairs, and more.
There will be an information session for interested contractors on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025 from 10:00 a.m – 11:00 a.m. at the Northland Workforce Training Center. Free parking will be available.
The following topics will be presented:
- Summary of funding program and types of anticipated projects
- Guidance and requirements for interested contractors
- Details on the bidding, contracting and payment process
NYS Certified MWBE & SDVOB contractors are encouraged to attend!
