Calling All Contractors: Learn About our Upcoming Bidding Opportunities
New York State’s Empire State Development — through its local nonprofit partner Heart of the City Neighborhoods — is seeking licensed and insured contractors to be included in the bidding process on upcoming commercial and mixed-use building renovation projects throughout the East Side of Buffalo. Project scopes will include façade and commercial space improvements, roofing, masonry, structural repairs, and more!

When: Thursday, April 30th from 10:00am – 11:00am
Where: Northland Working Training Center, 683 Northland Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14211. Free parking will be available.
The following topics will be presented:
- Summary of funding program and types of anticipated projects
- Guidance and requirements for interested contractors
- Details on the bidding, contracting and payment process
NYS Certified MWBE & SDVOB contractors are encouraged to attend!
