Monday-Thursday: 9:00am-5:00pm

Due to our staff capacity, walk-in’s are not being accepted. Please call ahead to schedule an appointment.

If you are looking to schedule an appointment for an urgent housing need, you can call us at (716) 882-7661 and leave a message with your name, address, and phone number so that our staff can follow up with you as soon as possible.

Directions to our office: Enter 135 Delaware Avenue from the Mohawk Street side of the block. When entering the lobby, you’ll see a silver directory located to the left of the doors. Enter “#503” to call our office to request to be buzzed into the building.
You will then head straight down the hall to the elevators on your left, select the 5th floor. When you reach the 5th floor, turn right when exiting the elevator and you’ll see our suite, 503, right at the end of the hallway with our logo to the right of the door. Welcome!

Parking: If you have a pre-scheduled appointment with our staff, HOCN can assist with your parking fee. Please park in the parking lot directly to the left of the building on Delaware Avenue and bring your license plate number to our front desk to have your parking registered.
