Free Weatherization Kits Available!
Thanks to a generous donation from National Fuel, Heart of the City Neighborhoods has free weatherization kits to distribute to Lower West Side residents. These kits include electrical outlet sealers, window insulation kits, seaming caulk, and more to help you keep out drafts and lower your energy bills.
