Funding for Commercial Property Owners on Buffalo’s East Side
Through New York State’s East Side Building Fund you could be eligible to receive a grant for qualifying expenses to repair, renovate and improve the inside and outside of your commercial building.
The East Side Building Fund is a $10 million joint, consolidated fund that aims to assist in the community-driven revitalization of mixed-use neighborhood commercial districts on Buffalo’s East Side by providing Empire State Development (ESD) capital grant funds for targeted building and associated site improvements such as stabilization measures, façade renovations and interior building upgrades to commercial and mixed-use buildings.
To learn more about the East Side Building Fund, building owners are encouraged to RSVP for the Public Information Meeting on May 21, 2025, 5:30PM-7:00PM at Northland Workforce Training Center, 683 Northland Ave, Buffalo, NY 14211.
Applications are due by June 27, 2025.
