Limited Office Hours
All of us at Heart of the City Neighborhoods value the health and well-being of our community, clients, and staff. Our team will continue to practice recommendations put in place by the CDC and Erie County Health Department, like meticulous hand washing and disinfecting surfaces.
Effective today, we will be operating on limited public office hours of 8:00am-1:00pm to limit risk while helping our community with critical housing services. Any updates, including closure or adjusted business hours, will be posted on our social media and website.
To help practice social-distancing and limit risk for all, we kindly ask that if you have general questions or inquiries that you call or email our office instead of stopping in-person. If you are not feeling well and have a scheduled appointment with us, please call to cancel and we will help you reschedule. If you have someone accompanying you to your visit, please be sure that they are feeling well or consider rescheduling.
We appreciate your understanding. Stay safe and well. We’re still in this together, even though we’re apart.
For additional resources and updates, we recommend visiting the CDC resources and recommendations pages.
Our friends at Local Progress has developed a list of strategies that cites across the country have implemented to support low-income residents and people of color during the corona virus outbreak.
